Just to let you all know about the guild bank theft. A char was invited into the guild saying he was Blaklord/Torashi.  He then sent me a tell to see if he could get promoted, and of course I did when he told me he was Tor.  He proceeded to clean out our bank and then deleted the character.  I did put in a report, but I doubt anything can be done about it.  We are having an Officer meeting next Sat to discuss ways we can ensure this will not happen again.  There will be a full guild meeting following that meeting.

Could you pass on the name of the toon Lde? It could help finding out who it was (at least he/she knows Tor and you and our banking system  which only allows KM to take which makes me believe its at least an ex-excal that quit too recently...)

Anyone left Xcal recently (or will soon ;-)?

Ps: yes I am still alive :p... but China is unforgiving to those who like MMORPG :-( Here I am sitting playing Final Fantasy 12 because my PS2 doesn't kick me out every 5 mins and allows me to turn in a quest!!

sigh as long as I can keep on dreaming of going to the USA one day I can bear it :-)

I think the player that pretended to be Blaklord's alt, randomly grabbed a KM's name from WoW Armory and simply pretended to be him.  Apparently the same thing happend to Apathy, but the main who the imposter chose was on an alt at the time and they kicked him instantly.  We weren't the only guild to get hit that day however.  This leads me to believe that the names choosen were randomly selected.  The "Banki" toon deleted his account right after cleaning out the bank probably in hopes that we would forget the name when we saw the "Unknown withdrew..." from the bank.  Hopefully the GM's will ban the account that's stealing from everyone.

lol... I am back!!!!!!!!!!! they opened the ports for me to play wow without proxying myself out of china all around the world and end up with 4k ping... now I only have 500~1k ping but the timezone still suxors
